THE MARK OF A NEW TOMORROW

YBLF is a group of second and third generation business owners below 40 years of age in the Indian Auto Component Industry. The Young Business Leaders Forum (YBLF) is a brainchild of the members of the Auto Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA).  

It was formed with the singular purpose of bringing together young entrepreneurs and individuals who are currently part of the auto components industry or are set to become part of it in the near future. The nature of the auto components industry in India is such that it is made up of a large number of family-owned enterprises. Many young members of these families are set to take on significant roles and responsibilities in their respective enterprises. Some of them have already done so. Given this context, there is a need for the new and prospective entrants in the business to meet and engage with each other in a constructive and mutually beneficial manner. YBLF is intended to fulfil this need. Apart from being an interactive platform, YBLF also serves as a learning ground wherein young entrepreneurs can imbibe from leaders and pioneers in the field, and get a peek into best practices by means of visits to some of the outstanding companies in the industry. Only those individuals who represent companies that are existing members of ACMA are eligible to become members of YBLF. The forum currently has over 145 members, largely consisting of individuals from Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
